In the area for a few days and decided i?d pop into the ee shop and upgrade both my mobile and broadband. Its very rare you?ll walk into a shop and have more money in your pocket when you leave. Chloe was polite, efficient, knowledgable and extremely helpful Ive been with ee since they were t-mobile/orange/1-1 and have never had better service in any of its stores. Good job.

I have been a customer with EE for about 10 years now, if not longer. Running my whole family through one account, moving data between us etc is simple. Best thing about EE is the customer service though. There is always someone on the other end of the phone, genuinely trying to help.Except that one time where I realised I had been paying £10 / month for Apple Music via my EE invoice without ever using the service. They refunded me for 6 of the 20 months.. was a little bummed but that was partly my fault for not checking the bills.
