Visited the store on Saturday, to look for a new mattress- i had ordered online elsewhere, but due to being in hospital long term I hadn't tested the matress, and turned out i hated it, we explained this, and the shop assistant in dreams(can't remember her name, but she was great) suggested I try the sleep analysis matress test to find which mattress best suits me... I was then shown a selection of mattresses that matched my requirements, and was given time without pressure to test and try these out.. I didnt make my purchase in store as needed to arrange returning my new mattress from a different retailer back, but was able to sort this , so have ordered online one of the mattresses i tried in store.
Really appreicated the calm environment,and the no pressure sale but still felt like a valued potentially customer.
For me as an autistic adult and at the time I had limited mobility, the thought of trying out mattresses was filling me with pure dread, but based on this positive experience I won't hesitate in the future to return to this store, and i am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new dreams matress.

Terrible experience with Dreams - ordered a mattress and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Then start getting emails saying it?s delayed. Then get weekly emails saying ?we are still expecting your mattress to be delivered on X? - which was an absolute insult as the date slipped back week after week. Emailing customer services is futile and you?ll wait a week or more just for a cut and paste response. FIRST AND LAST time we will ever use Dreams for anything and I encourage anyone reading this to avoid them. My friends and family certainly will be. Just terrible

Would like to post an excellent review on my experience at Dreams Worthing this morning Tuesday 22nd July. From start to finish I was made to feel a valued customer- Freya greeted me warmly and with a smile. I was shown round the store and she answered my queries very clearly and made my shopping experience easy. I was offered a drink sitting down to make my purchase. The whole process was very straightforward and Freya showed endless patience answering my many questions. My overall satisfaction with Dreams is excellent (this is the first time I have used them) and I would have no hesitation in recommending them due to the first class service I received today.

Breezed in to buy a new mattress, the one i wanted was on offer (result!). I was offered a delivery in couple of days but when i said i was keen for speedy arrival, the manager promptly picked up the mattress and brought it round immediately. How is that for a fab service? Super friendly and helpful. Thank you ?

We visited Dreams store in Worthing today. The assistant Constance was extremely polite and helpful. She talked us through all the options for our recommended mattress choices and we bought exactly what we wanted. All in all a very nice experience .

I wanted to buy a single bed but didn't know what mattress was best for me because I have a severe curvature of the spine. I need not have been worried because your company assistant Freya, at your Worthing shop, was about as perfect as one could possible be.
Freya welcomed me, listened to my particular problem, did a mattress test and showed me several mattresses that matched the computer reading.
After that Freya showed me a number of bed's that would be suitable for me. No pressure sales, just professionalism.
Freya could not have been more professional or pro-active.
In all, a very pleasant experience dealing with 'Dreams'. I'm looking forward to the delivery of my new bed.

Just received our Dreams mattress and had an incredible nights sleep.
Buying a mattress from Dreams Worthing was a great experience, served by Lucy who could not do enough. Lucy was patient and personable and spent time ensuring we were happy with our final purchases - she advised us on pillows, mattresses and mattress covers - we bought the full set.
