I wanted a small TV and asked for some advice but the young lad who served me didn?t have anything I wanted which isn?t the problem, his ego and attitude is the reason I gave this place a one star disgusting behaviour if you ask me!
If you want a affordable and very good and nice customer service go to Argos as they have a lot more choices, affordable prices and better service!
Don?t bother going here!

I ordered a phone from carphone warehouse to be delivered to this store for my daughter?s birthday the next day . They refused to give me my order because I didn?t remember my credit card pin. I had everything else, my ID , my passport , my bill and my order number and they were very rude to me and said they wouldn?t give it to me if I spoke to them how I was apparently talking to them. I will not be purchasing anything from this store anymore as the staff were just horrible to me. I will put this through social media so people in Worthing and around the area are aware of the appalling behaviour of the staff in this shop. I cancelled my order and bought another mobile from 3 .

Walked in around 14:00 on Saturday 31st May, with an idea in mind of buying a new TV.
We were instantly approached by an incredible member of staff, Kay.
Her knowledge, friendly nature and understanding was exactly what we were looking for. She took us through the whole journey, and helped us with a great bundle, of both a TV and sound bar (Samsung).
Couldn?t be happier, and wanted to give a review as she was superb!

Best Currys in my area even travelled from Hove because of dreadful customer service and proceeded to buy a TV, hob and fridge freezer from here instead... Helpful, happy to help sales assistants... Keep it up

Absolutely useless. Did not have shark Hoover in stock although on display. Would not take my 92 year old father phone number to let him know when in.
Unable to provide any contact details so we could check as only a call centre.
Cannot sell display item.

Honestly 0 star, if there?s an option.
The staff here are not approachable and seem unsure of what to do, especially when asked questions. They lack proper knowledge and training, making it difficult to get any helpful assistance. Please make this improvement.. especially at the till staff.

If you want something they won't have it, then have no idea when delivery will be for a promotional offer which is highly useful, checked multiple sound bars and they didn't have ones I wanted, it's a real disaster and then to be told remember we are a small store?! If you cannot get the stock for the devices you have on display then don't display them..

Albeit the store is well stocked with varied electronic, domestic, office and gaming equipment the store seems to be short staffed and those present do not seem to have a clue what customer service is!
