Not the best Costa in the land, offered no marshmallow or other upgrades to hot chocolate and despite being over an hour from closing.. half the store was blocked off and the chairs out the front were being packed away. Left a real feeling of being unwelcome and wanting to shut.
If it were my business, it'd be open until it isn't.

Haven?t been in for months but welcomed back, how nice however, best thing is they?ve cleared up the moss and leaves outside , looks a million times better and now the dog doesn?t get covered in rubbish?

Popped in on the Sunday, staff looked miserable & weren't over friendly, no atmosphere in the store.

The drinks and snacks are all good but was disappointed to see all the Costa related rubbish strune about the street, it's a shame the people that use the place have no respect for the area.

The premises are dull and dingy. The casual service reinforces this first impression. I don't think it would take much to spruce up the place, but I doubt I'll ever return to find out if it has improved.

Very poor, coffee not good,tables and seats very dirty with crumbs etc. Not a relaxing experience. And expensive.

Awful hot chocolates, weak, warm. Tasted watered down, near zero flavour. The long spoons were grubby so we left those on the side. Staff seemed in a daze.
Would not recommend this place.
It was a Sunday morning. Not so much about the money, its the quality that lacks.
