I really like the newly updated interior in this Worthing branch of Costa. It's much brighter and more inviting than it used to be. You could actually see inside to see how busy it is before you walk inside.

Their saving grace is their coffee because this is yet another example of a hideous refurbishment making the place so unwelcoming.its awful like the Morpeth and Crawley refurbishments. YUK!!!

Always friendly, happy staff.
Good service.
It's just been refurbished and looks cleaner and brighter than before.
The only down side is it looks like any modern Costa Coffee Shop.
Still, the staff are great.

Just an update it's closed!!!
went this morning as my day off has changed I've not been for over 6 months .
lots of building work going on haven't seen anything about this although I did read some Costa stores are closing for good

A guy called Ben was working hard as normal very professional bringing food and drinks to the tables and working very hard keeping tables clean and tidy good job and other team members very polite to???????????

Unfriendly staff, I ordered dine in, they gave me take away cups, and overcharged because of misunderstanding of the size of coffees. Very hard to obtain a straw, too.
