Very rude lady making coffee?s. Slammed mug down when we changed our mind about not getting our coffee as a takeaway. Not friendly especially working in a hospital, when patients are already nervous about an appointment.

I wanted to purchase two stainless steel Costa flasks for my drinks and was told to take them home to wash them despite there being a sink behind the counter! I put them back as another Costa Did wash one that I previously purchased. Oh well £20 still in my pocket and not in their till.

Awful time keeping opens at 7am but on Tuesday didn?t open till around 8am there was a member of staff but she said due to staff sickness she can?t open til there is cover I accepted this as can?t be helped sometimes but the day after I came down at 7am again one member of staff she said they will be open in 30 minutes because her manager is parking her car I came back at 7:30am the manager had arrived the two members of staff just chatting in the shop so I asked when they will be open and the reply was another 15 mins due to staff sickness! If you can?t open at 7am don?t advise that you do.
This is not a way to run a business at all

The assistant manager and Lorraine has drastically improved this cafe. Jax is so helpful, courteous. They are caring and really care. It's fun to visit this cafe. I am at of life nearly and appreciate there sence of humour. Please tell them this. Thank you..phill jansen. A new customer of yours. Thank you

Zak and Lorraine?s customer service this morning was above and beyond what you?d expect as standard. I was feeling a bit emotional having just dropped someone off for surgery and they unexpectedly noticed and took the time to reassure me and somehow make me laugh while I was waiting for my coffee. So lovely and their kindness was as appreciated as their coffee-making skills. Thank you!

Very mixed experiences here. A few visits were pretty terrible, being ignored for a very long time by staff and forgotten about after I'd ordered! Next few times were really great with fast and friendly service! I think they are trying to improve/train staff so fair play.
