Tried to buy the hot Doritos today and the cashier could not get bar code to work ! He then said he couldn?t sell them to me due to the expiry date !!!!! NO offer to find another pack or just have them ? Also why were they even on sale if this was the case for goodness sake . I spent a good 5 minutes queuing to find this out . I try and buy local but this was a disgrace . Unhappy customer

I always bought Costa Coffee here, but last few days I smell the coffee flavour and taste is so weird. I think they not clean the machine properly and regularly. They need to keep eye on it.

Dreadful store unfortunately the management are rude unprofessional and clueless the staff predominantly have learning difficulties just badly run .

Had a large basket of shopping despite empty shelves. Wasn't asked if I would like a bag and wasn't asked for my loyalty card. Server was obviously not a till person!!!!!!!!!!

Older woman with blonde hair served me, was extremely rude and almost refused to take my loyalty card. As an employee of the same company if I served anybody the way I was served I would not expect to be there long. Appalling service.

Every time I go into the shop, there's either a staff nearby pretending to stock up, or an announcement over tannoy saying there's "remote CCTV" coverage! Lol! Stop being cheap and get a proper security person; they're at least good at reading body-language. If I ever wanted to steal anything in my life, it wouldn't be your maggot-infested blueberries, would it?! Disgraceful!! You just lost a customer!
