They literally ask delivery drivers to come in queue even the order is ready whats the point in that this not seen in any other co op

On behalf of my brother. My brother had a birthday parcel which was delivered to this store (which apparently shouldn?t have happened as this coop don?t take in personal deliveries yet someone accepted it?) now the sender hadn?t mention that it had been sent to the store so he didn?t go to pick it up straight away. It was only a few weeks later when he was asked if he received it that he found out it was over the road from his flat (the item was a phone charger) when he went in store and asked for the item he was told that the staff had opened it and been using it for the own phones for the 3 weeks they?d had it due to not knowing who he was!
This is disgusting. As a manager myself if a parcel ever came to my store address to someone we didn?t know it would be returned to sender after not being pick up within so long. But hearing that they should never of accepted it to begin with and then had the audacity to open someone?s mail which by the way is against the law leaves me absolutely dumbfounded! He was not given any compensation for this matter just simply handed the charger and empty box and told sorry!?
The reason I am writing this and not my brother is because he?s too kind. I can?t believe I?m having to write this review out but I hope you take this matter seriously and train your staff how to do their job properly, from the colleague who accepted the parcel, the colleagues who opened it and used it to the manager who handed it over without seeing the issue of his staff breaking the law by opening my brothers mail and just handing it over as if that should be the end of it.

As others write, this place sucks. The staff act as if they are doing you a favour by serving you, the reduced (clearance) products are often barely edible and I have tried 3 different types of bread here and each one tastes dry as sandpaper.It is 2 stars simply for the 'convenience' factor XD

The staff are all moody, unhappy and unhelpful. I always feel uncomfortable going in there ?. Also the fat woman and another old grumpy woman refused to serve me because my son made a comment about the item I was buying.

Only went in to treat myself to some flowers. Every single bunch was dead! No water in the buckets. Come on ! What a waste. Some of the bouquets were £8.
