Not our usual store for children's shoes but we were in the area. Wish we hadn't bothered. The lady measured and brought out the only pair in the size she had said. My grandaughter was excited with the pink colour and the lady said they were fine. Forward 4 weeks and they had only been worn once as my grandaughter said they didn't feel comfortable. We went to our usual store several miles away to get their opinion on whether they were correctly fitted. Apparently they were "huge". Completely the wrong size. This store was happy to exchange for the correct sized trainers and now she wears them every day. DO NOT touch this store for kids shoes. This woman didn't have a clue. I thought Clarks staff were properly trained!

There was very little choice here. The shop assistants were very helpful, but did not have my choice of shoe in stock.

I have just visited Clarks in Worthing Town to buy some new shoes for work and was served by Jane.Jane was very informative and showed me a very good selection of shoes before bringing a couple of shoes that she?d recommend for me to try.I am a size 13 so being able to find a pair of shoes in my size can be difficult however Jane made the process much easier and gave me all the information I needed to find a pair of shoes for work.I?ve walked out a satisfied customer with a pair of reasonable priced shoes!Thanks Clarks and more importantly thanks Jane for your help! :)

Not usually the person to write reviews but today we went to Clark?s to buy shoes for my son who has ASD and the person organising upstairs ?Anna? was incredible. She saw straight away he was struggling with the noise and with how busy is was. She offered us to be seen downstairs where it was much quieter and calmer. It was so uplifting with how fast she acted and was completely understanding. Thank you again.
