Ruby did an amazing job piercing my ears! She was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Everything was super clean and hygienic, and she explained each step so I knew exactly what to expect. The piercings look perfect, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Ruby if you?re thinking about getting a piercing!

Awful experience I walked in and was asked what I was looking for (a helix stud piercing). Shortly after I arrived these two girls walked in one at one end of the shop the other by the exit clearly they were stealing but you can?t accuse someone of stealing until they leave the store.
The what I think manager walked over to the girls and said ?you need to leave your not welcome here it?s my right and I can get rid of you? I thought good on her for sticking up for her rights.
Clearly I was wrong she then has an argument with the girls where they are getting a bit angry and swearing at the woman, she then walks to the door and asks them to leave they were still refusing at this point.
The woman then shuts the door and tries to lock the two girls in meanwhile I am still in the shop feeling trapped and like a victim.
Shortly after this the woman says to her colleague call the police I want them down here, she then opens the door and lets them out stating she is ?closing now?
Me being the polite person walked over and said are you ok she goes ?come on your a man you should have stuck up for me? I was very stunned in the way she said this to me in a very aggressive manor that I was it I started to walk out how dare she assume my gender and think I?m going to get involved she then kicks me out the shop saying she?s closing and I didn?t see anything I wanted to buy
I walked past 5 mins later doors back open

Amy was single handedly running the shop as a member of staff hadn?t turned up. She was like a swan - calm & helpful, not panicking at all even tho there was a queue of about 4 people waiting to pay, she politely said she would be with them and when the moment was right she went off and sorted them all out answering other people?s questions at the same time. She was careful about making sure I was happy with placement and cleanliness and I was very happy with it all no pain - just a flick on my ear lobe and the earnings were in. I can see why she?s a manager and I hope the employer is conscious that she is a true asset to the store. Thank you Amy

The range of items sold are good but there was 1 member of staff on an extremely busy day, just not fair in the staff

Took my 7 year old daughter to have her ears peireced as she had been desperate to have it done for her birthday but with Lockdown she was unable. The 2 girls in the shop were great they made her feel very comfortable and were also wearing face visors and were very clean in everything they did even giving me hand gel to use after touching pen and clipboard for consent.They were both very professional and did a great job at peircing both at the same time. I would definetley recommend as a good place to take your child for ear peircing.

Not sure if I'm too old to shop in here but this is the first place I'll go for new earrings; there is such a variety! I also love the Halloween bits, I buy lots of it. Generally reasonable but sometimes seems a bit steep for a kids brand (if that's what it is)
