Nick took good care of us tonight and was very polite and thoughtful after a small issue with the food and even went as far as to research the problem to calm our nerves will definitely be bringing more people with us soon, thank you guys ??

First time here. Was for a work thing. The food was great. The servers were great. There were 15 of us and no-one had anything negative to say. Only praise.

3 servers were friendly and helpful, boss who took the money ignored us and the only thing he said was "you want the receipt"?
On the way out a waiter thanked us.
The food was good but not exceptional.
Table at the bar area, very noisy, avoid!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift up to the restaurant which is on the 1st floor.

Staff are super friendly and very relaxing restruant.
Unfortunately There's So much lost pretental sadly.
First of all I don't think there should be an all you can eat for £23 that itself lose profit.
Upon arriving the restruant we ended up on floor 2 which is an abandoned part of the restaurant due to not enough demand.
Once we arrived the restruant is huge but we where the only ones here! Very sad by the looks of the restruant.
Unfortunately they did budget cut aswell as the issues they used felt like toilet paper for meals.
Also the toilet cubicle has windows which is concerning when you're going toilet.

Ordered a take away got there it wasn?t ready had to wait, and then one of the meals I ordered was a soupe, and I asked for a spoon as I was taking the food to the working hospital and the waiter said we don?t have spoon you can just drink it. Great this is how you answer a customers that just spent over £70 so never be back again, and honestly the food is rubbish, not sure if they are serving the same food when you are eating in!!

We were mainly served by Nick, who was very attentive but not intrusive. All the waiters were very nice and couldn?t do enough for us. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were spot on. Will definitely be returning .

The food is served to order. People say that you have to pay .... never . They are lovely people genuine folk. The only problem was 1 time ... 1 time, I didn't get served drinks for a while. But I cannot takeaway the fact they are beautiful people and wholesome community
