Ordered Go Pro over a week ago and had to pay for delivery. Still hasn't arrived and no customer service at all that you can speak to. If I could rate zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs.

I wasn't too impressed as they allowed my partner to do herself out of £20. She traded something for cash, but then decided to buy a laptop at the same time. They offered you more money for a trade in than they do cash, they did not tell my partner and allowed her to waver the extra money they should have given her for the item she sold to them and had that extra money put towards the cost of the laptop she bought from them. Not very nice to hear they treat people like this

Scammers. Priced up a trade exactly as detailed on their website.
Turn up and they expect things that aren't detailed on their listing, trying to wiggle out of the price quoted by quite a lot, arguing that it doesn't matter what the listing says.
Cant be bothered with that level of deceit.
First and last time I ever use them.
Their mark up is 500% on some things, on top of ripping people off. I'm not that desperate.
Scammers and manipulators.

Travelled to purchase item showing in stock. Would have been okay if already sold or stock showing incorrectly but to not be able to purchase because item ?on hold? for someone with no deposit or knowledge whether or not they?d actually return to purchase is unacceptable.

Wouldn't accept a perfectly working latest generation AM5 AMD CPU due to an unbelievabley miniscule residue of thermal paste that had got onto the capacitors next to the IHS, (anyone in the know knows you don't go scrubbing and cleaning these areas) whole top surface of the CPU was spotlessly clean and there was no residue anywhere else on the chip.
Packaged up the the chip and posted to CEX instead of going into my local store and was accepted without issue, go figure!
