Always dirty especially upstairs. Toilets signed for that they have been checked but always dirty, or not signed in 2 days. Staff more worried about putting out pastries and miserable.

Had a manic day in Worthing shopping, went to Neros for a coffee...the two girls behind the counter were just amazing, friendly, funny and helpful, changed my mood for the rest of the day...thank you : Wioletaf and Dorotak, coffee was ok too...

Visit regularly and would usually give 5 stars buy visited today New Year's Day, guy that served me was very blunt and unfriendly. Half way through our drinks he asked if we had finished as wanted to clear cups away. I carried on but he kept lingering around waiting for us to finish. I questioned if they were closing as he was in a rush to clear our table and was told they didn't close until 6, which was 4 hours away.
Won't be returning here plenty of other coffee shops that make you feel like your custom is appreciated
