Had a fabulous meal here at the Bull's Head. It is a hidden gem. Only 5 minutes walk from the River Thames, we were ready for some good food after a full day on the water. Can recommend to anyone mooring at Goring or visiting the town. The menu has a wide selection including pub classics and grill options. We had the Hunters Chicken and the Steak and Ale Pie. Desserts were delicious too. Cosy atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming service. Would definitely recommend.

Well behaved dogs welcome & an excellent, interesting menu with creative specials. Unexpectedly generous portions, all in all a surprise treat and a wonderful meal enjoyed by all 4 guests

Yet another fabulous meal today . This has become our go to place for a catch up. There was 7 of us on a busy Friday lunchtime .Food all came out at the same time , beautifully presented and hot. Great service by all staff and lovely owner . See you in a couple of months !!!

We had our engagement party at The Bull Pub on Saturday and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were great value for money, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating throughout the day. The atmosphere was just what we wanted relaxed, welcoming, and fun. Lovely garden. We?ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great venue.

A pub we have been visiting for quite few years now but the service was sadly not up to scratch today. Food wait was over an hour and I ordered a ploughman?s and so did my mother whilst dad had fish and chips. I had mentioned the ploughman?s to the waitress as I could not see it on the menu. She returned saying it was available and gave me a vague idea what was on it and I decided to order it and my mum agreed she would also have one. We waited for almost an hour for it to arrive and I was shocked how big it was and when I mentioned it we were told it is a sharing platter for two! Well surely the waitress should have mentioned that when two people are ordering it and the third has a separate meal. On the plus side it was delicious and we took loads home for another meal and the fish and chips was also really good. Another disappointment was that at no stage were we asked if we would like another drink. We eventually saw another waitress and mentioned we would need a take away box for what we could not eat and another 20 min passed before I eventually managed to get someone?s attention again and asked for the bill and a takeaway box. At this point I expressed my disappointment and asked again for the bill and the box. Another wait and the lady arrived apologetically and then asked would I like the bill!!! I?m so sorry to write this Heidi but today was very disappointing. A simple check in to our table apologising for the delay in food would have been wonderful and this could have been further remedied with would you like another drink in the meantime. Obviously we were suitably full and did not asked for dessert but were not even asked if we wanted. Slow service, poor menu guidance, good food, no check in for dessert and poor follow up. We will be back but hesitant.

It's always lovely to come to this pub. The bar staff and management team are always warm and friendly.
The last time I went we had a dog with us. Twiglet was also treated as a queen from the time she set her paw across the threshold.
The food was on point as usual. Another good day out at the Bull.

Food was amazing our second visit with in two weeks quite a hefty drive for us being in brighton but we'll worth the drive , staff on both occasions have been polite ,well presented and attentive.
This time my partner and I had a wild boar scotch egg piping hot with a runny yolk and the sharing cheese platter is what made us return for main we had steak sandwich (cooked perfectly) and sausage and mash with was also top notch, I can't find a fault in this place and I am a man that likes to pick holes in things but I honestly can't.
Well definitely be returning to sample more of the menu thank you
