Went to this place to get a farewell T-shirt for one of our close friends who is sadly moving away for work.Got a personalised T-shirt made with these guys and what can I say, it turned out exactly how we expected it. They?ve gone above and beyond with it!They don?t usually do single tops but they done it as a one off which is outstanding customer service.Most definitely recommend these guys!

AVOID. Sent 2 skirts back via Royal Mail they mysteriously never received it (even though we called days after sending and they explained they had a backlog of returns to work through)Now unable to prove they received it and the cost of two (expensive) skirts down.The feedback from the class group chat is many other bad experiences with this company which is a shame as I would have avoided shopping with them if I had known before.AVOID.

I've got to have a moan because I've been buying my son's uniform from here for four years and I've never had it be so difficult before. I came into this shop three times this week. First they didn't have his size so they told me I had to order it. Qued to order, only to then be told I have to do it online. ( Never have in the past). Came in the third time after refusing to pay an additional £5 delivery fee online and mentioned I wasn't happy about this only for the guy at the till to make a two minute phone call and get the size sent over by the weekend from the lancing branch. Why are you charging parents delivery online when can clearly get more stock sent over easily. Just laziness. If you don't want to sell uniform then don't. I'd rather not waste my time coming here when you aren't prepared for parents at start of term.

Jan the owner is an absolute wealth of knowledge. Having a foot injury he advised me on appropriate footwear and my foot pain is unbelievably improved. My sister also highly rates his advice on the best running footwear.Broadwater is extremely fortunate to have this independent sports shop. Great prices and a good selection of decent sports wear.

I found the owner to be very rude on the phone and accused me of raising my voice which I most certainly didn?t! , claims to have sent my daughters school shirts by post and still my got them. They Never sent with proof of postage, be warned about online shop they quick to take your money but not send your goods. They claim to have stock and don?t !
