Used to regularly buy coffee. Recently noticed the milk wand being cleaned with anti bacterial wipe before putting straight in milk. Don't really want chemicals in my milk. Now use another Wild Bean as they use a damp cloth.

Forecourt for fuel consistently closed every/most mornings from 7:30am and there's only a food truck delivery, there's plenty of room to drive into the pumps so why is it coned off at the start of peak morning traffic when people need fuel? Website states you open at 6am, doesn't say anything about closing soon after...Edit: Forecourt for petrol still closed in the mornings, no sign explaining why, if there's a legitimate reason that's fine if not then please adjust your opening hours as it clearly states 6am opening when in reality it's closed.

Have stopped here several times on journey down from London, but all too often the WC is closed for whatever reason. So we go to Jet down the road. Will just stop at Jet every time in future.
