What an overall pleasent experience. I went in on Sunday to try and find a razor for sensitive skin. I was looking for a while and everything was out of my budget. A lovely gentleman called sid came over and assisted me. Showed me to the men?s area and suggested a gillet one and just wow. Excellent suggestion. He then gave me a few recommendations for a summer fragrance. Such a lovely chap, as well as all the other helpful staff. Sid deserves a pay rise after that! Will be back again for all my toiletry needs

Took my daughter to see a pharmacist as she has had high temperatures for 4 days. Today her throat very red, swollen and sore. They just said nothing could be done, very dismissive and did not even look at it. Took her to pharmacy in Broadwater who where amazing, had a look at her throat said straight away said she needed antibiotics and supplied these for us!

Lazy and slow service. Staff on the pharmacy are rude, it seemed they didn't like to be there.

Check opening hours of the pharmacy on boots website as different (shorter) to the main store - might save you a journey.
Large airy retail unit box with lots of displays but not many staff to help.

I went to go to use the pharmacy and I got there they told me it was closed. I checked online and phoned beforehand and was advised it would be open.
The lady who was working was rude, huffed when I asked a question and said she won't serve me even though I was just asking if they had something in stock she just said come back later in an aggressive and assertive tone. Shouldn't be working in a place which requires staff to be understanding and emotionally supportive to certain customers.

Visited this branch today and staff always go above and beyond. Clean and tidy store, one very happy customer!

Came here quite late on a Sunday afternoon with a 'needing photos now' emergency.
There were still 15 minutes before closing time, and a staff member asked if I had many photos to print... because the machine gets 'a bit funny' if you try to print too many photos near closing time?... I think it was just code for... hurry up, we want to close!
However, my photos were printed in plenty of time... it was me being indecisive when choosing a couple of drinks that took me right up to closing time... I did apologise to the lady serving me...
The photos were good quality and worth the cost for the convenience.

They won?t be winning any popularity contests with their Pharmacy staff ?.absolutely awful attitude towards people ?.they wouldn?t work for me that?s for sureIt?s no wonder Boots branches are closing down ?.they won?t have any customers left if this is the calibre of people they employ.

Is this a store or just a showroom. There is never anybody in the store to ask where things are. On Sunday, just one girl for the whole store, but she was very kind and helpful. I think Boots are just penny-pinching and don't want to pay for staff.

The 1 star is for the Pharmacy only. The main store itself is very good and the staff helpful. However, the Pharmacy is a completely different story. There is a sign on the counter saying that bad treatment of their staff won't be tolerated.... and I can see why they needed such a sign.... the service and interaction of the Pharmacy staff member was apalling. She was not helpful or courteous and made me feel like it was a chore having to even speak to me let alone have to advise me. If you don't like your job, then leave

Liked it as not too busy, shame the person serving me rushed me at the till. An item left in the basket as she was in a rush. Not sure why..
