So bad, so so bad. Actually they're so bad it's embarrassing. The staff are so rude and the 'pharmacist' (as it reads on the receipt she gave us) who hangs around at the tiny checkout near the perfumes is probably the worst of the bunch. I think she used someone else's log in because she's not fit to work a checkout let alone be in charge of pharmacy related bits and bobs. She's grumpy, rude and does not want to be there, she grunts rather than use fully formed sentences. And THEN this young dude who was actually an employee of boots was in front of us in the queue showing another employee pictures on his phone rather than actually serving the customers waiting. He spots the huge line and says to the girl he's showing pictures to 'do you wanna serve these lot' and she responds 'yeah, I will in a bit'. Oh my goodness, everything about the 'Worthing Boots' store now is absolutely awful. Just awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I was talking to some women looking for a product about my face conditional, and they were very honest and didn't show me any products since it wasn't worth it for my conditional. They are honest and don't try to trick you.

I had a wonderful experience at Boots today when looking for a new foundation. A lovely and knowledgeable lady assisted me?unfortunately, I didn?t catch her name, but she truly left a lasting impression. She took the time to ask about my skincare routine and even did a full skincare prep and foundation application on me to ensure I was happy with the result.
She explained the products clearly, taught me how to use them, and was incredibly kind and patient throughout. There was no pressure to buy, just genuine care and professionalism. I could tell she was not only skilled at what she does but also a truly beautiful person inside and out.
Boots is very lucky to have someone like her on the team?thank you for such a positive and uplifting experience!

Amazing service from Olivia today. Needed a new mascara & wanted some advice about brands. Olivia was fantastic - helpful, patient and very brand aware. Gave me great advice & was endlessly patient!

Upon opening the bottle of Centrum Kids Multivitamin Mixed Berry gummies, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. The gummies were also difficult to chew and had an awful taste, even though the expiration date is December 10, 2025. I recommend checking them thoroughly and trying them yourself to ensure their quality before giving them to children.?

They lie about the day and time that prescriptions are received by them and then ask their staff to state otherwise luckily the younger members are honest and tell the truth , the pharmacy manager when realising that I had written proof of her lies banned me from the pharmacy, please don?t ever trust or use them

What a refreshing experience compared to our local Boots. Firstly the medicine counter was manned (not closed off and serviced by pharmacy staff) and secondly the staff member was very attentive and courteous. We couldn't believe what an easy experience it was. Well done, Boots of Worthing.

Does not take returns. And the staff are quite rude. It's written clearly in the policy they take returns yet would not even when you go with receipt . Not even let you buy products instead of refunds. This has never happened in any other boots store. Products worth of 50 pounds gone to waste as the manager just doesn't want to take the products back. It's not like they have to bin the products. They can keep them as testers. Believe me I have fare share of friends who work in boots. Worthing boots quiet worthless like the manager.

Don?t come here unless you want to be stalked by staff members. Passive aggressive staff members who interrogate every female that goes into the shop and doesn?t come out with a shopping bag. I was searching for some skincare for a friend?s birthday, while I was here I picked up two items that looked like her style, upon sending them to another friend she said that she already got her something similar so I put them back on the shelf I found them from. On exit I noticed a staff member glaring at me and was asked by a shorter man with black hair where I put the items I had previously to which I replied ? on the shelf? Do you want to check my bag? he continued to roll his eyes and made me feel like I was somehow doing something wrong. After talking to multiple other people about this situation, there are so many others that feel unwelcome by the staff here.

They need to re-install some staffed checkouts. The self service ones are ok, but are often slower to use, so queues quickly build up. So what should be a quick 'in and out' takes ages now. Also downstairs is pretty much rammed with stuff, yet upstairs is half empty. A reshuffle might be a good idea. Just saying.

I had a great experience today with Ruby from beauty. I have lost a lot of confidence with makeup over the years and have chosen to go makeup-less for a really long time. Today I came in, not really knowing what I was looking for, but with specific needs for my skin. Ruby took time to listen to my goals and went out of her way to make sure she got me exactly what I was hoping for. She was patient with me and gave me time to try things out. As someone who has felt rubbish about the way I look and lost a lot of confidence in makeup, it was so lovely to be welcomed to warmly into the department which can often feel intimidating. Ruby was so friendly and really went above and beyond. She?s an asset to your team and I?m so grateful for her time today. I left feeling confident and excited to experiment with makeup again. Thank you Ruby, you?re fab ??
