Went there for a pedicure and it was awful. They were 10 minutes late opening and spent only 20 minutes doing the actual pedicure. She even grated a blister on on my foot?.Then she spent about 10 minutes ?curing? normal nail polish in a UV lamp on one foot. One. Then moved on to the next for the same amount of time. The shop was dirty and it was just overall an awful experience. Nail polish was put on badly too - went over onto my actual toes. Definitely won?t return. Not to forget the constant upselling of other treatments they do.

this salon have a very good body sculpt machine to get rid of all the love handle and all the unwanted lump and bump what some women concern about when trying a pair of jeans or our little black dress i have booked a course and notice the different and very happy with my treatment thanks to all the friendly staff see you soon have a tone fit body just lay down relax and let the sculpt machine to the hard work happy 2024

long story short don?t get your eyebrows done here trust me tint is so bad lasted 1 day didn?t even ask how i wanted my eyebrows shaped/thickness etc and didn?t know why i was there even tho i booked and had a patch test

I wouldn't bother with a wowcher deal, I bought one only for a lot of miscommunication and being messed around on two different days and times...I can't buy my time back they wasted but I did get a refund from wowcher

I had a double appointment with my daughter by groupon at the salon I explained when I booked that we would like to have our treatments at the same time all agreed on phone.When we arrived they staff did not know it was arranged with a croupon deal,just looked at us,no welcome conversation went off in earshot and discussed the situation in their first language which made me feel uncomfortable.We were asked what treatments we wanted we said maybe facial and massage my daughter said massage however we were not explained what each facial involved or what massages where on offer and what they involved no consultation for first time customer when I mentioned it the ?therapist mumbled something and dismissed it.No conversation no interest in me, played music through headphones whilst treating me which I could hear on her phone I could sense her moving forward to read it as her movements slowed down. Left me for 15 mins, rushed my back massage did not ask me how I felt and if I enjoyed it.When fin rushed out the room and said lay there for two mins and I will see you downstairs, that?s the most she communicated with me.I didn?t ask how it was for my daughter or discuss it as I didn?t want to ruin it for her she had not had a treatment before I am so disappointed waste of money.Will not go back

I purchased a voucher through Wowcher and extremely disappointed .. I was surprised that no relaxing music was played so didn't enjoy the hour to be honest as I wasn't relaxed at all and it felt awkward. I also tried to make conversation but wasn't really getting anything back and did not feel like I had a very nice welcome.. won't be going back there again..
