Had to return an item and Nikki dealt with me very nicely today, I may have come across as a bit of a stress head but she was calm and highly professional, thank you Nikki, she?s a credit to the B&Q team.

Went in to collect a door, 24 available in aisle 26 and none to be found by colleagues.. Either poor product management or your new staff need further training. Left after frustration.

Had a really rough time with an online B&Q order ? £1.5k on furniture, and it turned into a bit of a mess. I went into store ready for a fight, but honestly, the team were incredible. Nikki, the duty manager, was on it straight away. She listened, showed real empathy, escalated it properly, and made sure I was kept in the loop. Just brilliant communication from start to finish ? I walked out actually feeling looked after.
And I?ve got to mention Ollie over in the paint section ? absolute legend. Super chilled, patient, and spent way too much time answering all my daft questions without ever making me feel like a bother. I saw him again today and he remembered me, even asked if I needed help with anything else. That kind of care and attention really sticks with you.
Genuinely impressed ? I went from frustrated to loyal customer. That team made all the difference.

While visiting worthing B&Q was expecting to buy some plants, what a mess, hardly any water so plants were really dry, asked a member of staff about advice didn't have any idea, really disappointing to visit this place

Just stopped by to get some paint and the service wasn?t just bad, downright creepy. One of the workers looked so unhappy and stoic that asked if he was ok. He just stared at me blankly. I had to walk away and let my partner finish the job

What is the email address? My email was not delivered. I had a text to say delivery 9/8 then today the call centre told me delivery today 10/8 in next hour and half, still not received so I called back and now I'm told delivery 19/8.

The gentleman that we asked about paint to cover up oil on our walls was exceptional and very knowledgeable lady at the checkout gave strange looks when I went to by said paint, quite rude as well asked me for identification a practice I understand and have to preach at my own job but did not for my fiancée even though he went to hand it to her when I could of easily of been someone who is proxy buying, if you are requesting identification from one member of the group (myself and my fiancée) you should really see the others ESPECIALLY if they are literally putting it in your hand but don?t look

? AVOID! AVOID! This store is you have hidden disabilities or physical disabilities as I went to buy some things and was served by a really rude, unhelpful member of staff called Patricia that laughed at the fact I was unable to use the touch screen payment at her till, I replied I don?t see what?s funny laughing at someone with hidden disabilities of which she continued to laugh at me saying Well other people have hidden disabilities and been able use it? I have never been treated this way anywhere I have ever been and I also where a lanyard, this was reported to the manager?s which I doubt anything happened to her , she should of been suspended or sacked and Not left on the shop floor ?
