“I called Stan for advice on a strange noise from the front wheels. He invited me over straight away so he could check if it was anything serious and to put my mind at rest. He diagnosed the issue within minutes (relatively easy fix, but not a good idea to drive it until it was done). Despite being obviously busy he offered to do his best to squeeze me in between jobs if I was OK to leave the car with him for a few days. Thanks Stan!”
