I have to say I liked Asda years ago, but my experience yesterday was awful never again. Everything was at least 10p dearer than Waitrose and the store was filthy, one look at the staff and this says it all. The place should be demolished.

SHOPPING SHOULD BE FUN= can't find anything all in a muddle. Meat shelves reduced to 4 from 8 cheese choice is minimal. Dried fruit minimal. Supermarkets were started to allow choice. We have no choice now. Not enough tills open 6 deep queues on a Saturday. People being checked going through self checkout ,whereas if you served people in the first place this could be avoid. On top of that prices are diabolical.

Great place, like the options and produce also have a fuel station there too. Parking is also very easy.

On the plus side, a great selection of food and clothes. On the downside, the fitting rooms were closed today - a Saturday afternoon - so the jeans and shorts I wanted to buy to take on holiday, I couldn?t try on so left without them to buy elsewhere!

Love the shop but the cafe is absolutely horrendous. Never have anything in, food looks undercooked most of the time and the service is really slow as they are always understaffed. Would not recommend going to this cafe unless you want a bowl of fattening undercooked chips

I went there to pick up order from just eat, arrived spoke to the woman at the customer service and she told me to use the phone and phone asda workers to let them know that I have order which was not my Job as the phone is only for asda employees and I refused to do so , as I don't work for asda obviously, so the security turned up very rude telling me off , so I stood there for 35 minutes and nobody came ... decided to text just eat and let them know so they had to phone asda to tell them to speed up and give the order ASAP .... Next 10 minutes nothing , then the guy who was picking the orders turned up and said I've got your item , I politely replied it must have been big one ,and he gave me the bag with 1 kitchen foil inside ,so 45 minutes waiting for 1 kitchen foil ......

On returning good I found that my return transaction hadn't gone back on my card when I went bk to asda Ferring the staff couldn't be more helpful in trying to find the return transaction without a receipt.
