Ordered a Vax for collection - collected and discovered broken when I got home.Tried to ring store only to be connected to main Argos customer service (despite automated message saying I had reached required store)Very rude South African lady took the call (17/11 at approx 19:45) She had no customer service skills. Rude and unfriendly.Told me to call store.Number she gave was for Sainsbury?s not Argos.Had to abandon trying to ring as Sainsbury?s were unhelpful and cut me off.Visited LF store this morning -20 minute queue !Finally got to the top of queue to be told none of my Vax model are in stock at all so had to get refund.1 minute later in my car and I check online. Lots of stock and can collect from store the next day ??

Very arrogant manager wouldn?t accept an exchange on faulty item as didn?t have paper receipt. Stated I have proof of purchase as original packaging and bank statement - proceeded to tell me no, he wouldn?t accept it, that it was Argos policy. Quoted sales of goods act and he said no that?s incorrect. Very arrogant and up his own backside attitude. Have complained to main office as well.

Bought an all in one PC. Broke within 4 months. Took back to Argos who said it will be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired within 7-10 days. 7 days later its still sat at Argos and hasn?t moved.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! I was served promptly at the new Argos in Sainburys by Will. He was very efficient and helped me find the perfect product for me. Very well trained and was an outstanding staff member. Well done 10/10

It's OK, but it's a nightmare trying to sort out bedroom furniture on one's phone and not being able to pay in store, won't go again its not the first time

Really decent selection of items held in the space including Habitat furniture. Car park right outside and took around 2 minutes from selecting the item on the payment system to picking it up from the counter. Very seamless transaction, unlike many other Argos stores I have been to.

Their internet was playing up so I had to use my own to upload my order no. Apart from that it isn't usually busy during the week so service is quite fast and efficient.

Excellant service. All the staff were motivated, friendly and helpful.It was a very quick no fuss transaction.Would definately recommend even if you are not up to speed with dealing with on lineorders. The staff are on hand and willing to assist with individual requirements.
