I had a lovely back, shoulders & neck massage here yesterday with Aislene. It was the best massage I have ever had, I was so relaxed afterwards, it was perfect.

I had my first laser hair removal treatment this morning with the lovely Charlotte, I was a little nervous to start but Charlotte had made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she was also so reassuring and was keeping me informed before and during the treatment as to what was to be expected. I was amazed on how painless it was compared to waxing which I normally have. Looking forward to continuing my treatment and moving onto other areas.

An amazing massage this morning with Chloe. Expertly executed as always. The staff are all lovely and friendly. I have been impressed with all the treatments received. I love visiting the salon, which is always clean, organised and welcoming.

This is my go to place for an underarm wax. I've been going there ages now. I lost my bank card just before my appointment and didn't have any cash on me, couldn't ask if I could attend my appointment and pay the next day as they never answer their phone. Drove half an hour to get there, asked if I could pay the next day when my new card was sent to me and was refused. Wasted and hour of my day, paid parking and God knows how much fuel.If fuel stations have an Inability to Pay form, I don't see why other shops don't for this exact sort of situation. I can't even reschedule as I'm going away in 2 days. It feels like really poor customer service.

This salon is really good, the service is very friendly, professional and relaxing. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the salon is clean and cosy. I have had a great massage, lash lift and manicure and super happy with all treatments. Never rushed and the staff is knowledgeable and do a thorough job, regularly checking in with you. Also like their product range. Keep it up :)
