Rude and dismissive reception. Literally impossible to even speak to a doctor - maybe they?ll call you at some point if they feel like it whenever they feel like it. Every experience I?ve had here has been terrible

I dont appreciate you giving my personal details and phone number out to other people, the doctors are just pushing the vax, needed a real appointment a year ago and fobbed off with phone consultation, actually needed a real consultation but the receptionists are something from the 1930s, the system needs to change to ring up make an appointment we are paying for this service, even though their quite clearly is something shady going on with the nhs and American influences hmmm

The people answering the phones are professional, caring, efficient & informative.The call back from Dr Marr was rapid. She was clear, concise & explained the best option for me going forward with a great degree of care. The receptionists at the practice are friendly, efficient & listen to all concerns. The nurse I saw took blood without me noticing & first time. She had a fabulous sense of humour too. Yes, it?s been a tricky time for ALL people however, thanks Steyning staff for your continued dedication.Just one criticism, more people to answer phone as the wait is long.

Absolutely delighted with the speedy and helpful response I received when I phoned up for an urgent appointment on Friday. Despite the high staff absence due to sickness, I was seen within 30 minutes and the frazzled receptionists couldn't have been more understanding.

Phone line system is poor, calling for results between 2 and 4 is ridiculous and limits night workers to get results at un social hours. Not to mention the issues this has on people's mental health, even more so when they have one of their 'training' days and you still have a 2 hour window the call the next day and obviously because it's a limit time you spend ages on the phone waiting.
