We had such a great evening, we wish we lived closer to this great local restaurant. Only had a one night stay whilst walking the South Downs Way and Mamma Mia lived up to its high google reviews. Did the simple things exceptionally well. Best deep fried courgette and parmigiana I've ever had. Warm welcoming owners. I can highly recommend.

Charming service and atmosphere. Great mains (pasta + risotto). Slightly let down by the starter (garlic bread) and desserts (panna cotta/banoffee pie), which seemed to be out of a packet

We had a lovely sit down birthday meal. The owner wasn't fazed that an extra person joined the party at the last moment. The service was spot on, the food was tasty and overall cost was very reasonable.

I have been with friends for a private function. Friendly and professional service. I had the delicious prawns spaghetti from the special board and a tiramisù as dessert in a must. Great food and great value served with smile. Recommended!!!

Been with family. Great pizza with a thin base and excellent variety of toppings. Can't beat the lunch menu, £7.00 absolutely good value. Definitely recommend a visit.

Small Italian restaurant in the beautiful village of Steyning. I am Italian and I can confirm the authenticity of the food. The lunch menu with £7.00 Is a burgain and incredibile value for the money.
I will definetely visit again when I will be next the area.

Mediocre at best
Cappuccino was very weak and tasteless
We asked for hot chocolate for the children, we were told they only have one size that wasn't a problem but when it came it was way too hot, I asked for some milk to cool them down - we were then reissued our bill with the amended cold milk on it for 30p! After complaining it was removed but I found it incredulous that they would reprint the bill to add 30p when they provided drinks too hot for children to drink.
