Attended a baking workshop and had a wonderful time. I am a novice baker and in the past have tried my hand at a few types of breads, and the results have always been very variable. The course has given me the confidence to try again and also to understand the science behind baking.

Went on a day course of bread making, and had an incredible day, learning so much, and making our own bread, under expert tutelage. The course runs at a gentle pace, and we went home enthused (clutching our 4 different breads we'd made) about not buying supermarket bread again.
