Used MacFixer on two occasions and have had excellent service both times. Would happily recommend to anyone who has problems with a Mac.Visited Clive again recently as Mac wouldn't charge. Macfixer couldn't run diagnostics but referred me to Apple direct. Needed replacement battery. Although Macfixer couldn't fix it this time I got an honest and quick service and sound advice. Still highly recommended

Excellent service, very fast, honest and efficient. My iMac which is my livelihood, was quoted to be in service with other repair people for over a week; but Clive managed to see me the same day I called him initially (through an advert on Google) and took my machine for repair the same afternoon. Next day the new drive arrived and my Mac was operational again. He re-installed all my system and I received a working machine in 2 days as good as new. I'm really pleased and will definitely call back if I have any problems! Highly recommend!

Second time we've taken our now 12 year old iMac to Clive. A couple of years ago he replaced the hard drive which made it like a new Mac. Then a couple of weeks back a blank screen with a flashing file appeared and we thought it was the end of it this time.BUT! Clive has worked his magic and we now have a very happy iMac again with pretty much the latest OS. He kept us updated throughout the process and we are so very impressed...and grateful!Our iMac lives on!Can't recommend Clive highly enough!

Clive is a magician! He brought back to life my 11 years old MacBook Air! I couldn?t believe when I found out he managed to get it to the lates OS! I was ready to recycle my laptop but now I have gained more time before spending big money on a new machine. He also did his magic in 48hrs! I have to do a lot of editing on my iMac, it was running so slowly, I spoke with Apple who were sadly of little use. I found Clive on the net, spoke with him on the phone and took the machine in the next day, 24 hours later my iMac was flying. I can't thank Clive enough. I would throughly recommend him to all. Someone you can trust and does what he says.

Amazing Service. Clive is very nice and knowledgable, and has a quick turn around. I took my macbook for a check-up as I wasn't sure is it worth fixing it or not. He gave me honest answer and suggestions for me to make the best decision. He explains all the technical details really well - especially for me who is not so techy in computers. Would highly recommend mymacfixer to anyone with a mac.

Took my elderly and well used Mac to Clive as I didn't want to pay over the odds with the faff of going to the Apple shop. Straight away he knew what the issue was, the cost we were looking at and what was involved. Kept me informed of the process all the way through and repair was done professionally and efficiently. I'm very happy. Local to me and affordable, Clive is a nice bloke and knows his stuff. Thank you Clive. Will definitely use him again.

Clive is very experienced with Mac repair and great value too. He upgraded my old 2012 iMac which was sluggish and practically unusable so it was almost brand new running with the latest IOS. He also went above an beyond by transferring all my old data onto hard drives so I wouldn?t lose a thing. Would definitely recommend, this guy is worth waiting for!

Clive is very generous, helpful and honest. He is always available to talk. Superb value, he diagnosed my macbook without charging me. After using his service I would not want to work with anyone else.
