Pricing. Little high on some things and throughly reasonable on others not usually over busy though so a more pleasant less crowded experience

Absolutely dismal service, so slow, 15 minutes for one person's checkout, manager doesn't treat staff well. Zero customer loveliness, perhaps everyone was having a bad day, but I won't be back
