I recently ordered my wedding floristry from Walter Smith in Shoreham and my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and buttonholes exceeded my expectations. Ordered flower arrangement for funeral that took place today. They were delivered on time and absolutely beautiful, exactly what I had ordered. All the more wonderful as the team were so busy with valentine day orders this week. Telephone order was dealt with very efficiently. Would recommend them highly for both service and quality.

So disappointed with my mum's birthday flowers..they didn't arrive at the time promised..and nearly all foliage and hardly any flowers..I'm so upset and she had to wait in all day and when they arrived they were disappointing

My daughter ordered flowers through the shop from Spain for my birthday ,(her boyfriend Martin P paid for them)was told day of delivery and waited in all day for them. When it got to 2pm my daughter phoned me to see if they had arrived,which they hadn?t. I phoned the shop and was promised delivery would definitely be at 3pm as my flowers were last delivery of the day. Flowers arrived just after 4pm which made me cross as I was promised them at 3pm and had waited in all day for them. Wouldn?t be as bad if flowers were nice,but they were just a couple of roses packed out with greenery and I wasn?t very impressed,my daughter was upset as they were her birthday gift to me. Roses died after couple of days too. Told my daughter not to use this florist again and complained to the shop,you shouldn?t promise a time if you can?t honour it. My daughter Una has left a review,her boyfriend Martin P ordered and paid for the flowers.
