I drove from Bognor to this Timpsons because none of the shops near me could help. Thankfully, Mo was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable and finally managed to fix my car key, with no bother and a smile. Absolute ledge.

The two guys who work at the Shoreham Holmbush location are so friendly and helpful.
They go the extra mile to try and sort out watch issues.
Also very impressed with the lifetime guarantee for watch batteries. One payment of £24.95.
The option to send your watch away for a service etc. is great. This option comes with the reassurance that your watch is insured in transit and also if they are unable to fix it, you don?t pay for the time spent to assess your watch.
Their comms are very good. I received a text to say they were in receipt of my watch, the timeframe and a number to call should I have any questions.

Shoreham By Sea Branch at Tesco - Appalling service ... Avoid like the plague. FOUR visits - including one where the wrong blank key was used - and still no working key and very surly attitude from all staff. Lots of excuses but no action.

Took my very good boots into Timpsons Holmbush, to get them soled and the young man that looked at them said needed a heel repair too. Picked them up the next day and they had done a really great job. The looked excellent.

I needed to replace a lost car key. I could not speak highly enough of the friendly and efficient staff. They quoted a price and advise of the next steps. In fact the whole process was much quicker than expected and the car key worked perfectly

I needed and extra set of keys for my second-hand car, which meant the shop needed to order them from the manufacturer and then configure them to work electronically for the specific car. The process took 2 visits, all straightforward and completed in the space of a week. Turns out my car's locks had a few quirks to deal with, but staff were super helpful as well as friendly throughout - would highly recommend!
