Pharmacist rolled her eyes when she was told someone wanted to talk to her which didnt make me feel great to start with, and then was quite dismissive when i asked for advice because i hadnt heard anything from my GP. Not a great way to treat people who just want a bit of help.

It's on the PHARMACY ONLY. There is one woman that appears to have an issue. As she refused to serve me today on a paracetamol purchase. Stating that they were too busy to do a simple transaction. For no reason at all. But I've had issues with this blonde haired woman. Whom is of slim build, and short statue. But I've also experienced a number of issues. In that she was rude over a reorder of medication for my daughter. Hence why I and my family are no longer feeling able to have our medication processed at this PHARMACY any more. I also had a bag of medication that as advised for it to be destroyed properly. Your advised to return to the pharmacy for safe disposal. And because it was 19.45pm she point blank refused to take it. To be properly disposed of. And actually had to take it along to another pharmacy the next day. She's been rude and totally unprofessional on the number of interactions I've had to have. So I tend to avoid using the Holmbush pharmacy. Because of her general rude and OBTUSE manner. I've had to make a number of complaints regarding this women. Yet her issue with myself seems to be continuing. After a number of complaints to managers and supervisors. And the fact she totally refused point blank to process my transaction of medication. It was two boxes of paracetamol. I could of understood her reluctance to process my transaction If I'd had a number of grocery items at the pharmacy till. And she had processed a number of other customers prior to myself buying items related to the pharmacy. I.e hayfever and I think indergestion product that weren't on a prescription from the gp. Or collecting other prescription meds for the prior customers. It is really difficult in not using this pharmacy all together. Due to this being open until 20.00hrs. When all the others close at 19.00hrs. And also the location being a 5 minute drive from my house. But the previous complaints clearly haven't had any action or and follow ups. Due to the general rude and poor service or refusal of service. And I've got no idea why this woman clearly has brought some kind or personal issue that she has with myself. And it's to the point that when after her rude and unprofessional behaviour towards myself. I've actually then had another person then go to the pharmacy. And she has happily taken and made the same transaction I've attempted with no issues. Making it extremely clear of her unprofessional and discriminatory behaviour and attitude. When all the staff at the store during any hours that member of staff is working. Should have a zero discriminatory work ethic unless there had been a breech of expected behaviour from any customer towards any member of staff. Having a zero tolerance for abusive or abusive behaviour. Yet the staff member is clearly free to discriminate towards disabled customers. Refusing service for absolutely no reason what so ever. As I try not to use the pharmacy during the lady's working hours. Due to rude and unhelpful and lack of customer relations. And am totally amazed that absolutely no action has been taken towards clear discriminatory behaviour towards certain customers.

Excellent friendly service.
The pharmacist spent a long time with me today to help find the correct medication for Sinusitis that would not be to dangerous with my heart condition.
I get all my prescriptions from here and i'm always guaranteed a friendly smile and quick service.

I make a order for medicine for my mother two weeks ago and they forgot to send the order and when I get there old lady name Hema She asked me for the passport after I provide her name date of birth very poor service

Thank you so much to the Pharmacist who treated me on Saturday morning for a shingles outbreak.
I've had shingles several times and I know that the antivirals need to be started asap (within 72hrs) of the rash break out to be effective. I had seen on the news about the "Pharmacy First" campaign where pharmacists are now able to provide a prescription for certain conditions including shingles but unfortunately the first pharmacist I went to (one of a large well known chain) was not aware of this - I was turned away and advised to go to an urgent treatment centre. Thankfully the Tesco Pharmacist was aware and I was sat down, given a consultation and provided with the medication needed without the need to see a G.P.
I was able to start my treatment quickly and reduce the severity of my outbreak. This is a great service, thank you Tesco and to the Pharmacist who treated me on the morning of the 13th April.

Worse pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure to visit. "Forget" to send text when prescription ready. Don't bother to let you know they can't get items on your prescription.Now, 5 days overdue taking regular medication, so I will be the one to suffer.

Suggesting going to the doctor for antibiotics to treat a viral infection. Lack of basic understanding for different types of infection. Went to another pharmacy to explain the same problem, correct medication provided first time.

Monica (Saturday) pharmacist, absolutely fantastic. Sent my husband out to collect some ladies personal items, and she phoned me up and talked to me re some other soothing items that might help my dilemma, late 7.30pm?.What a kind lady. Thoroughly recommend this pharmacy, there are truly some decent kind people out there! Thankyou Monica.

After searching for a prescription for my daughter and getting nowhere, this pharmacy were extremely helpful in ensuring my daughter could have her medicine for the weekend by holding it. staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and alleviated a lot of anxiety.

They are more than happy to help, very knowledgeable snd ensure you know about your perscription I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for my prescriptions now as there's always a pharmacist on hand to answer any questions you may have
