Absolute joke these people second time I?ve got food delivered and they missed out the main item which has been a wrap and chicken selects both times how do you miss out the main item and only send a drink and fries and after all of it I never got my food or a refund what a piss take

Another UK McDonald's. As a drive thru so you don't need to get off the car if you're on your way home or to go somewhere else. Prices are accessible but usually some things can be slightly pricey because of the drive thru. Can be very busy sometimes. Parking spaces are limited and not many so it can cause traffic on the area.
Parking: Limited parking and not many places available. Avoid to drive over here. Better use the car park next door from Halfords and B&Q.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

The drive through is a joke, asks you to park your car and wait and then forgets you?re even there. Had to go in after 20 minutes waiting in the car park. Did not even say sorry. Appalling service.

You lot need to sort it out big time.
Do you realise how many people lose money because of your staff....
I don't understand why everywhere else can put cling film or tin foil on top of a drink to avoid it spilling, or like burger king and many others, USE BOTTLES!
You accept every uber and deliveroo delivery, but can't keep up.
Your staff ignone drivers/riders when they arrive, leaving customers food sat cold on the side.
But its okay isn't it, because you kids aren't the ones that get abused when it's delivered.
You kids aren't the ones that have to spent 20 minutes deep cleaning a bag because the drinks have split. You don't care inside or outside of the venue.
You're loosing delivery drivers daily because we refuse to come anywhere near you. But that costs us a lot of money because so many people seem to want mcdonalds. Just a shame they can't pick a decent store.
As a manager myself, I am shocked how poorly this store is managed.

This is a good McDonalds
Food was tasty and fresh service was pretty quick tbh the parking was a bit of a nightmare in my large van but I think this was because it was lunchtime!
Beware there is a train crossing next to the restaurant the barrier for the crossing is down more than it?s up! It can take 10mins or more sometimes to get across it!
I got caught in it.
Apart from that worth a visit
Parking: Can be a bit difficult at lunchtime
Kid-friendliness: As you would expect all good for the kids
Wheelchair accessibility: No problems

Not sure of his name but the guy on drive thru that makes the train and horn noises is a legend. Defo makes my drive thru x10 better! Wish every drive thru had him.

The food was not very nice when I actually got it, the chips were stale as if they were left under the heat light for a long time.
The burger buns were ok.
-Service - 1*
The person who took my order on the drive-thru put all 3 meals through as separate pieces instead or as meals.
I also requested all the drinks to have no ice?and again, the halfwits failed on that request also.
I did not realise it was this difficult to work for McDonalds? ?
-Atmosphere- 3*
The atmosphere I rate average, I did not go inside.

Food tasty as always, relatively quick service could be quicker and better organised, atmosphere crowded but it?s an amazing place really good prices and convenient quick food for breakfast lunch and/or dinner

Sometimes they get it right but recently I've noticed things wrong with the order or missing entirely. They're normally good at fixing the issues but shouldn't have to drive through again just to get what we paid for. Appreciate its busy but this is the 3rd time in the last few months that we've had correct what we asked for.
