Purchased a starter motor 9 months ago and it's packed up. 60 day return policy. Big waste of money. £141.00 out of pocket. SERIOUSLY CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING ON THIS SITE FROM EBAY, YOU GET 60 DAYS. The 12 month warranty on products no longer exists. Out of pocket - time to shop elsewhere. 0 stars. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING AS IT'S ALL ONLINE NOW - YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!

Have always had good experience buying from here but some parts which should qualify for free shipping with minimum spend make no sense. Got heavy coilivers in massive box for free shipping before but they want 400$ to ship a few plastic trims :( time to move onto other companies for golf needs

Unfortunately vw heritage will be the end of the mk2 golf and jetta platform. They keep very little parts for these models and none of the age related perishable parts are available or will have them available in the future it seems. Especially body parts, rubbers, trims etc. Very sad as the mk2 sold millions and was probably one of the best golf's and jetta's ever made.

What an awesome group of people. Have purchased twice now from Australia. Any questions I've had have been answered super quick, and all items have been received well packaged and promptly. Heritage parts seem to me to be better quality for a true restoration and originality. I do restoration for a living and the quality is important. So is price. I but parts from Australia, UK, and US. I am very happily with the parts and service from Heritage. My review is personal experience and in no way solicited by anyone. I am just doing this to possibly help others from buying cheap rubbish like I have certainly done.

No telephone contact available AT ALL. Paid for Saturday delivery, and here it is, past 1pm on Monday, and still not delivered.If you need parts urgently, this is not the place to use.

Don't bother purchasing if you live overseas. This is the only mob who sells a particular part I need for my vehicle that will deliver to Australia. Part was too big, wrong size and something to put in my junk drawer in the kitchen. Cheers guys

Absolutely shocking. Gone down hill big time. Went to purchase some body panels that were in stock. Upon arrival told click and collect only. Ok I will order now on my phone and collect then. No that is not possible ,will take 4 hours to process I am told. Turning away customers in a cost of living crisis. I can only assume you can afford to lose customers at will. Run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts , no ,not by a long shot. Very disappointed .
