Returned something for a refund. John (on the till) who says he's the manager, was rude and unwilling to help. I went to anther Halfords and they happily gave me a refund & I purchased my windscreen wipers from there.

I booked an MOT on Saturday 9th December 2023 for Friday 19th January 2924 I received a call today informing me the branch made a mistake and there is no testing and the earliest they can do the test is February 2nd..OUTRAGEOUS..my MOT will have expired will not use Halfords for anything ever again ,not worth giving them my money...Beware everyone it could be you next .

They might be shop assistants but they're not so don't expect assistance, or a smile,, or any interst in you needs. They complain about lack of staff and no wonder if this is the general attitude. Obviously with the number of staff turnover I'm guessing they have no exit interview system or if they do it's not working. No help that they closed the outlet in Worthing. Actually wondering why they are keeping stores open.
