The staff was so friendly and she checked the stock for us. The item we wanted was not available for us around the area. The display item has a little scratch, and we've got a discount when purchasing it.

I wanted to view a particular dining table in the 2 choices of wood colour. Sadly this furniture was not on display and actually doesn't appear to be in any store to view nearby. I wont buy unless I can view!

One of the staff followed me to the car park to my car when I told them I needed to go and get my bank card as I had left it in my car. Obviously she had suspected that I had taken something from the store even though I left the trolley with all the items inside the store at the checkout! It was a bottle of drink in my hand and I was with my child? Going back in the store to checkout was uncomfortable as 2 staff members kept giving me eye contact after their employee had followed me out of the store. Why follow me to my car? Was it my skin colour as I?m brown skin? You do have CCTV?s? Even then she obviously wasn?t trained that if someone is shoplifting, you are not meant to confront of follow them out of the store due to potential safety and legal risks. Maybe basic customer service training is needed? Luckily there is a Dunelm in Brighton so will be shopping there a lot more from now :)

Use to shop here all the time. But last time we went was met by some failry aggressive and what spelt like alcoholic (stunk of vodka) short woman. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and sounds very drunk.
