Tracker says delivered when not even close. They're cheating their delivery numbers. I wish I never ordered, even though there was a good deal going on. Going to stick to Papa Johns.

Ordered a pizza last night. First of all made me and my boyfriend chug up everywhere. Second of all the woman ?taking my order? had no clue how to even place an order and had to grab her ?manager? whom of which told us to wait bc she was on FaceTime. We decided to just order through the app, I made this very clear but they both continued to stare right at us as if we were doing something wrong.

HAIR FOUND ON PIZZA, rang to inform them and get a refund. The man who I spoke to didn't even apologise, and gave me a refund for that pizza, but offered no refund for the other pizza I ordered. I obviously don't want to eat another pizza likely made by the same person when I've just found a hair on the one I was eating. Absolutely unacceptable. Should have received a thorough apology and an entire refund, especially as dominos is so expensive for what it is at the best of times.
Bad customer service.

This is discusting, they are using premade pizza base. Dominos Shoreham got so far down with quality of their pizzas that I am surprised they are still opened!!

Drivers don?t have any clue what they?re doing!! Took over 30 mins to deliver it and I live a 7 minute drive away! I only ordered for my sisters at home and they waited forover 30 minutes! That?s insane! Driver went all the way to a PARK past the house when I looked at the tracking- never order from here again!! The only okay thing was the team back at the branch answering my calls about where the driver was.

Always forgetting drinks and dips takes 45 mins to wait for a drink I order or a dip the place is a joke, where are the old managers of 2021 food and customer service is terrible

Absolute joke. Order pizza and 2 x Frank's hot wings. Pizza was cold with only 3 toppings on! And wings didn't have any Frank's hot sauce on them!! Phoned up and was told they will remake our order and it get it out to us straight away. After an Hour wait, phoned up again to find out where it was. And was told they have not remade the order!!!! And they had ran out of hot sauce!!! We should of been notified that there was no hot sauce when we phoned the first time before being told that they were going to remake it. However this was not done. And our meal was not re-made. So after waiting for an hour expecting food to be delivered and to ring up and be told it hasn't even been remade it being almost closing time, it's a complete joke. Will not order from them again. Should of read the other reviews and stayed clear.
UPDATE:- Ordered again today 11 March 2023, as it is my daughter birthday and she really likes domino's, I was hesitant but placed the order regardless. Glad I did... order arrived within time stated. Pizzas hot, and my daughter and all her friends enjoyed the pizzas. Delivery driver was friendly and polite. And we got everything we asked for Hot and tasty. Thank-you for this service. And will order from again if this standard continues

This is my first ever Google review. I never bother doing reviews but had to vent on this occasion!!!!Firstly, dont bother just go to another branch, even if you have to drive further.I walked in, stood for a full 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged I was there! Not one person said hello, asked if i had placed an order or even looked at me for the over 5 minutes. I had preordered and i could see my pizza on the shelf. The 3 staff that i could see all had their backs to the entance and were talking away between each other, if i were their managed they'd all be on a warning now for neglecting customers.When a lad finally came to the counter it was because the phone was ringing, not because i was clearly standing there in a bright blue wooly hat! After he put the phone down, i asked him if i could pick up my pizza (all he had to do was turn around and pass it to me with no actaul steps involved) but he palmed me off to another colleague who looked even less interested and he barely said a word either, not even a 'thank you for you order'. My food was cold by the time i managed to actually collect it.I WILL NEVER BE USING THAT BRANCH AGAIN!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD!!
