I love this place, what with the quirky shops and cafes. Great selection of restaurants and a wool shop which has a vast selection of wool and very helpful assistants to advise if u need any help or suggestions.

I took an office here for my new start up business. Rates and amenities are great with a nice cafe on the ground floor. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I moved my business out of Basepoint, Shoreham over 6 months ago and i'm still having huge hassle with them getting my deposit money returned. I would not recommend Basepoint and urge you to look elsewhere. Be warned, they are incompetent on a grand scale!

I had to delivery some training here recently. The room was light airy and great facilities with built in projector and quality sound system. Grace (centre manager?) was keen and on hand for any problems. The coffee and biscuits were good. Would highly recommend. There's free parking over the Norfolk Bridge on Adur Recreation ground, a three minute walk.
