Our builders took me shopping for our project after 6 p.m. It took us a long time to decide and find everything on our list. In the end, we had to place an online order at the store. It was very late, just before closing time. Despite having a lot to do, the staff were incredibly helpful and stayed late because of us. I?d like to especially thank Nathan, Adele, and the lovely cashier whose name I didn?t catch.

I came in looking for a box and bubble wrap to send a parcel and had excellent customer care Nathan and Nathan went above and beyond to help me! They were so kind and very attentive! Would highly recommend amazing customer service!

Reasonably big B&Q. Plants often look a bit dried out in the garden section. Staff mostly helpful. Sometimes need more checkout staff as the queues can be long.

Purchased a tray of garden plants today.for £7.50. On leaving the store I noticed the similar plants on offer at 3 trays for £10. I immediately went back to the till to request a refund and exchange for the better offer but was refused. The lady on the till explained that plants could not be returned under any circumstances despite being purchased not 2 minutes earlier, and management would refuse any request. I am disgusted with the intransigence. Very poor customer service and shall not shop here again

We went to B&Q yesterday to look at kitchen sinks. The worker that helped us, Sam, was so helpful. He told us the pros and cons, of each sink. He was incredibly helpful, and certainly knew his stuff. Nothing was too much trouble.
His customer service was exemplary and we will definitely go to this store again, purely due to him.
