Visited today with our little dog. Very clean cafe and the young lady waitress was a delight. She was very patient and cheerful, couldn't do enough for us. Delicious cream tea, everything good quality. Easy parking. Will definitely recommend.

What a great place to stop for advertised fresh Crab sandwiches. Actually I chose Crab on Crumpets, absolutely delicious, fresh and expertly put together. The homemade Brownie was also very yummy. Well worth turning round to come for lunch here, thank you.

Lovely crab sandwiches, and a good selection of cakes. The shop is also well worth a visit.

Lovely sheepskin rugs in all colours and sizes, quality and good value!

We called in enroute to Selsey but were disappointed to find our coffees (latte & cappuccino) were made via a push button machine, rather than a barista demonstrating theirs skills. Snobs, you're probably thinking? Absolutely! We support independent coffee shops, and are proud of it, so there!! I should say, though, the slab of shortbread was amazing!!

Hidden gem! Wide selection of gifts, produce and sheepskins - all outstanding quality and lovely, friendly advice. Tearoom looks very pretty and food looked good. We will return to give tea room a try and buy another sheepskin - many thanks ?? also very dog friendly!

A real must and a brilliant discovery! I had a great lunch out with a girlfriend, I ordered a crab sandwich and she had a BLT and we both had a pot of loose leaf tea. Yummy! Our sandwiches were so tasty and the bread was amazing. The serving staff were so smiley and friendly and the tearooms have such a good atmosphere. It's a farm shop as well as a tea room with gifts and beautiful sheepskins as well as dog treats. I bought a couple of sheepskin rugs to lay out on my garden chairs and George my dog got a special chew. He was very happy indeed. We loved it so much we have decided to book a cream to for a few of the girls next week. You can even have a bottle of Prosecco with your cream tea. What's not to like? Thank you for looking after us, it's made us want to come back for more. Now we have discovered you, I think you will become a regular haunt. Great to be able to bring my dog in after a nice walk. Thanks again

Horrendously overpriced for bang average food and drink.
£7 for a strawberry milkshake made from powder.
£7 for a cadburys powered hot chocolate, made with hot water, not even hot milk.
£10+ for a very basic ham sandwich - with 2 tiny slices what looked like packaged ham (and nothing else) and a tiny packet of crisps from a multipack.
All in all, a bit of a strange atmosphere, really basic food and criminally high prices. Wouldn?t recommend and won?t return.

What a hidden gem and very quirky. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We shared the crab sandwich and a flapjack and I had the homemade lemonade. Well it was all delicious, very tasty, the bread for the sandwich was very good too. The salad was not just for decoration and very fresh, the flapjack was tasty too.
The downside is it isn't well signposted to give advance notice when travelling along a busy road, so as visiting the area we drove passed it and had to drive on to find somewhere to turn around and come back, glad we persisted as the food was worth it!

No longer sells fruit and veg. Very uninspiring menu in the cafe.

Hidden gem of a tea room. Delicious crab sandwich - very generously filled and fab mackerel on crumpets. Cool interiors, great music, friendly team. Definitely be back!
