Went for a Sunday roast , wasn?t great for the price & the portion was too small , they had a nice play area for the kids while waiting for the food & the free parking was good , but the roast was disappointing.

Best Sunday Roast I?ve had in England! Must try olives to start, beef roast, & pigs in a blanket. Atmosphere was so lovely and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Dinned here on three occasions whilst attending Goodwood FoS. Booked tables in advance to be sure of availability. Food was good pub quality (if a little expensive), service was good with friendly staff, and a nice environment to dine in.

I recently visited The Lamb and, unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed. We ordered a portion of fish and chips, kids meal and two burger dishes. While the food was okay, I was shocked to see each dish priced at £23 on an average.
For that price, I was expecting either outstanding quality or generous portions?ideally both. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were average, and the quality didn?t justify the cost. It just didn?t feel like good value for money.
To add to the letdown, I was initially hoping to order a pizza, but I was told it would be at least a 60-minute wait. That was quite disappointing, especially as it seemed like a basic option on the menu. Unfortunately, they don?t offer many ?lamb?dishes, and there?s no stack of ribs on the menu either.
I?m always happy to support local pubs, but in this case, the experience didn?t live up to expectations. I hope they review their pricing and service times moving forward. Just leaving an honest review for others who might be planning a visit.

Perfect Family Pizza Spot!
Had amazing pizza for lunch today! The food was delicious and the restaurant is incredibly kids-friendly. The garden playground kept our children entertained while we enjoyed our meal in peace.
Staff was welcoming and the outdoor setting is beautiful. Finally found a place where great food meets happy kids!

we just got home from eating at the lamb and I?m just very upset. My baby got stung by a wasp, I?ve never seen so many wasps at once anywhere! I know it?s no one?s fault my baby was stung but if you have such a wasp problem you should be letting customers know/doing something about them. He was stung just after food arrived so by the time I calmed him down my food was cold and he was in too much distress to eat his kids meal. The only one of us that got to eat was my husband who didn?t like the food anyway, we would have sent it back but with all the commotion we just wanted to leave. I had to ask the bar staff for milk for my baby to sooth him which we were charged for. It?s customary to be discounted for something like this happening but no one offered. Very disappointed.
