Very unfortunate experience. At first it was great for the first few months. We moved to Selsey as a 3, myself my partner and a friend. The friend left midway through the tenancy and that left me and my partner to pay for the rest of the rent, we had no problem but was of course a bit tight on money, when we spoke about bringing someone else in with our landlords they were more than happy to allow this. We then spoke to Richard and he didn?t want it to happen and then said he would talk about it after his month long trip to Australia. When Richard came for an inspection he didn?t even look around the property but instead sat in our kitchen talking about his children and stated he was racist and that he ?saw colour? after mentioning his footballer son plays with people who are of different race. Our landlords said they didn?t like him and wouldn?t have him as an estate agent if they didn?t need to. We decided to give our notice in as we didn?t want to be with a racist estate agent. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend someone to go to this company. He also told us about other clients business and slated a lot of them. Regardless we have moved houses now and are very happy. But seriously it was hell on earth. ??

This company ie richard from selsey lettings is disgusting, had numerous dealings with this supposed landlord.
I lost my mother who passed away with the stress this man caused her.
Please everyone stay away from this company and man.
Absolutely disgusting.
