Very pleasant staff, Ronnie makes a great salted caramel frappe. The food is snack food basically and, as with all coffee shops, is not the cheapest.

During our visit, we requested the manager to turn off the air conditioning. He initially assured us it would be done in five minutes. However, when we followed up after five minutes, he insisted it had already been turned off, which was not true. This interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed with the service

Went in for an ice frappe at the weekend around midday to be told no ice. Asda is a few steps away. How could Costa not have ice ??! Was tempted to go into Asda get ice myself and say there you go. Must have lost A LOT of customer that day !

Came in on a hot day for an ice frappe chocolate fudge brownie to be told there's no ice. Asda is right behind the store as well ! Disappointing!!
