Brilliant pharmacy. I switched to Boots from SCP up the road and it's the best decision I ever made. The staff at Boots are SO much friendlier and more efficient. Never had an issue with my prescriptions, and it's also great to have a Boots store on the high street ? very useful! By far the best pharmacy in Selsey ? would recommend.

Awful. They take your prescription then tell you they are out of stock. This is despite coming back with an alternative medication prescription from my GP where the pharmacist stated they now had the original in regular supply, so I switched back with the GP. It turns out this was factually incorrect. Thus, this Boots store has wasted my time, risked my health, and wasted the NHS time, as well. The original medication which they said they had in regular supply was one which was at a high cost to procure (as covered in national news). Hence this Boots clearly only cares about making money.

Very busy pharmacy. The pharmacist Stephanie is very lovely and helpful, giving me advice how to manage my illness when i cant make any appointment to the doctor for the past 3 weeks.

This Pharmacy is so slow.... and never have the full medication when I've needed it, always have partial prescription then asked to come back to collect the rest!! Previously went in to collect and only given one part of prescription asked to return for the rest, as they didn't realise there was more than one item!!

Always have to wait for my or my wife's prescription even when it's been sent the day before its never ready when we arrive to get it even at 5o/c the next day very poor performance
