Gemma was so helpful with my DHL package drop off today. While I was in the shop I also witnessed how kind and helpful she was to several of the elderly customers who needed extra support.

For a small Smiths, they cram a lot in there. Considering the size, it's surprisingly well stocked for books. The staff are friendly and helpful.
