Don't bother to call, they will not answer.Don't expect your delivery on the date they tell you, it won't arriveDon't use royal mail if you have any other choice, the service is dreadful

Need customer skills whoever was on duty 06.05.2023 in rustington branch 10:15am. Asked to scan items I have dropped off as last time when I dropped my letter to same member of staff she also didn't scan my item and I ended up receiving my own letter 3 days later.Very arrogant and unfriendly.In general I love this branch, with very helpful and nice people.

Scruffy is not a strong enough word. Helpful if in the right mood. Useful on a distress basis. RM still has a long way to go to match their competitors. Starting with opening hours.
