Avoid this company,No customer service,No phone line.No effort to resolve blatant dishonesty.Item turned up 2weeks late incomplete,Waited over 8weeks to receive my most of money back.The product stated in stock clearly wasn?t.I was left to contact someone via email that doesn?t understand basic English!Immensely frustrating and unfair.I?ll be contacting trading standards due to the major dishonesty and skulduggery that?s going on.Beware!

Tried to purchase online a Clarkes Lathe and other bits. Unclear whether purchase happened. The telephone numbers they give are answer phone messages stating all enquries must go via email. I question your customer service ability when you fail to assist direct.Very poor.

Awful company. Placed an order for express delivery, showed as in stock. I?ve had no communication, they don?t answer the phone or respond to emails. Avoid at all cost.

Fantastic pressure washer,But office needs to give more information on delivery. Was only giving a tracking number, no company name, so had no way of contacting anyone. Don?t take phone calls only email.
