Not a regular at having a flutter at this bookies, I went in Weds and asked for a price on a Greyhound and was snapped at by the woman mentioned in other reviews! "Cant get prices for Friday Dogs on Weds! then when I said it was a big race she got it up on the screen and the list of dog prices were available, I asked if my chosen dog was in trap 5 because it was the 5th one down on the list and got a response" Errr yes it is the 5th one down! It's actually starting from T3! When I got home I noticed she'd written Friday on my slip when the race is Sat so being a novice gambler I wasn't sure so went in today to ask if it was ok and purposely asked another member of staff to which came another snapped reply "it says Stayers on it doesn't it"!! I don't expect staff to bow to me but be polite and helpful to people why aggressive?I wasn't in anyway being a difficult customer butCustomer service means a lot to me and I will never go back to that shop!!

Older woman very unhelpful. Did not provide any details of Derby race. Not a people person. Surprised she's employed in a front facing role. Was very offhand with me and her work colleague. If I go in there again I will not be served by her. The men were much more friendly and helpful.

If it wasn't for the pleasant staff I wouldn't go here. Technology here is dated and always breaking down or unacceptably slow. Ron, Lewis and "M" try their very best to surmount the problems that are beyond their control. TP.
