Yesterday I ordered food from them and when I eate it, I realized that I have never eaten such a bad meal in my life. And it was also very expensive.

Stopped by for dinner and what a disappointment! Chicken burger was a tiny cheap, processed frozen thing full of sloppy lettuce and mayo. Chips tasted old and stale which were soggy and cold when we got home. What a waste of money it was! I would have expected a chicken fillet burger for the money. Definitely won?t be back!

We love Charcoal grill, the chicken kebabs are freshly cooked with fresh salad, they are extremely tasty. The pizzas are very nice also.

Ordered lamb shish and a combination chicken shish and lamb doner with large portion of chips.
The quality of the both shish was ok not great. The lamb doner had been pre cut and was dry and almost tasteless.
Salad was ok but overall the quality of the whole takeaway was disappointing.
Nice people though.

Charcoal Grill is a restaurant I would strongly advise avoiding. The experience was nothing short of disappointing. The food was subpar, bordering on inedible, with an overpowering taste of charred bitterness. The menu lacked variety and innovation, offering a limited selection of poorly executed dishes. Service was slow and inattentive, leaving us frustrated and hungry. The overall ambiance was lackluster, failing to create an enjoyable dining atmosphere. It's regrettable to say that Charcoal Grill is a restaurant I won't be returning to. With so many dining options available, there's no reason to subject yourself to such a disappointing culinary experience.

Not happy at all!! I ordered, they said they wanted cash, so we had cash ready. We then phone back an hour and half later and they say it?s ok it?s way. We then phone back again in 15 mins and then they say they didn?t do the order.
Not impressed. Now very hungry, young family now nothing to eat. Great! Thanks!!
