Looked a nice pub, so went in on Sunday about 2.15 average amount of customers eating and drinking but unable to serve us with food no reason given

The real ale was well kept.

Food & drinks: Had a delicious lunch with family who were staying at the hotel. Service was really friendly and efficient. The food was freshly cooked and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I can only comment on the bar and restaurant which were spotlessly clean and full of character.

We are a family run country pub with 5 en suite letting rooms. Friendly atmosphere with a good selection of wines, beers and spirits. Our menu consists of good home cooking and traditional pub food, homemade pie, fish and chips plus a few surprises! You are welcome to visit us just for a drink or to dine.
